Shipping Policy

Hideawayz uses ​Toll Freight within New Zealand to ship our products. Our online store only offers pricing to Toll Freight's nearest depot from where you live.

All Hideawayz products are shipped as flatpacks to minimise shipping costs. Assembly instructions will be provided via email.

Tracking Numbers will be provided and can be tracked on the web site here:

The shipping cost​ is at the expense of the buyer. Hideawayz sends all shipments out once per week. Once delivered to Toll the tracking details will be emailed to the customer. Once the shipment arrives at Toll Freight's depot they will contact the buyer to arrange collection.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase— so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty or damaged we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
